We are currently need a IT Support to be part of our team.

For this position, you can work online (from home), but if needed you need to be able to work in the office as well.

Requirements:

• Age 22 – 35 years
• Minimum 1 year experience as IT Support
• Minimum D3
• Can speak English
• Enthusiastic, fast learner and able to communicate well
• Has the following knowledge and abilities:
  • Ms Office and other desktop applications
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot Desktop Operating Systems such as Windows and Linux
  • Familiar with Networking and Windows Server System (Active Directory, WSUS and File Server)
  • Familiar with Messaging and Collaboration System (Exchange, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities:

• Assists clients and internal staffs who need technical assistance both offline and via phone or email
• Does troubleshooting and technical analysis
• Records events and problems and their solutions in the Log
• Follows up and updates customer status and information
• Understands computer systems, mobile devices and other technology products
• Can analyze and solve basic technical problems
